Alternatively, you may wish to catch a train from the CDG to Gare Montparnasse. Firstly, make your way to the CDG train station which is located at Terminal 2. You can pre-purchase tickets or line up and get one when you arrive. The RER B train travelling towards Gare de Massy Palaiseau will take you to Denfert-Rochereau. Disembark at this station and change to a metro train towards Charles de Gaulle Etoile. This will take you to Gare Montparnasse, where you can change to your regional train.
