Transfers from CDG Airport to Gare du Nord By Train

Alternatively you can choose to travel from Charles de Gaulle Airport to Gare du Nord  by train. The two transport hubs are connected directly by a train line, with CDG Airport having its own station located at Terminal 2. This particular route is extremely busy and it’s often difficult to get a seat, so may not be the best option for groups travelling with children or elderly passengers.

To get to Gare du Nord, board an RER B train at CDG Airport. The duration of the journey will depend on the service you board, as some are express and travel directly to CDG while others have several stops that extend the travel time. Trains run regularly between 5.00am and midnight every day but it is recommended you check train schedules close to your arrival date to ensure they are up-to-date and match your travel requirements.

Transfer from Charles de Gaulle Airport to Gare du Nord By Bus

The other method of transportation is considering the bus from Charles de Gaulle to Gare du Nord train station. You can consider Roissybus that leaves at Terminals 1, 2 or 3 to central Paris. The price starts €12 and no reduced price for children. The Le Bus Direct (previously known as Air France Coach) costs €18 and also leaves at Terminals 1, 2 or 3. However, bus is still a public transport and can take about an hour to Gare du Nord.
